I spent seasons in the middle of morning-shift chaos at a 700-room resort before I ever touched serious backend work, so broken flows, pressure and operational mess do not scare me. I have already lived that kind of environment. Now I am building my way into CRM-focused backend engineering, mainly through C# and .NET, while exploring Elixir for concurrent and real-time systems.
